Personal Information:
I'm 28 years old.

I'm 5'8" and started my journey at 274.8 pounds in December 2011. I lost over 100 pounds and was at my lowest in Summer of 2014. I regained about 30 pounds before I became pregnant with my son in August 2016. I gained much more than was necessary during pregnancy, and hit a new high weight of 280 before he was born. So now I'm back to tracking my food and exercising. I've done this before so I can do it again!

A healthy weight for me would be from 121-164 but I'm aiming for around 165.
