I WON'T GIVE UP!
Hi, my name is Lori . Mom of 4 and wife to my soul mate. Last summer I weighed 230lb! That is the biggest I have ever been in my life. I ended up dropping out due to colon surgery and now I am back with a starting weight of 220lbs on 7/9/18. My problem is staying focused and staying motivated. I have high blood pressure, elevated sugar levels, depression and extreme pain from my Sciatic nerve which all could be controlled with diet and exercise. Here's to a new me!

Update- 6/12/19--So I fell off the wagon but I'm back as of 6/10/19. Down 4lbs since Monday
New start date- 6/10/19
July-9th-2018--220 lbs
August 1-2018- 203 lbs
Sept 1- 2018-192 lbs
June 12-2019--- 212 lbs

NEW GOALS STARTING 6/12/19
1- Lose 66 lbs by Christmas 2019. THIS IS DOABLE!
2- Workout for 60 min a day
3-Stay accountable daily with logging food (even on bad days)
4- Drink 1 GAL of water a day
5- Eat a healthy mix of all foods
My Program:
Counting calories, very little Dairy, no sugar and more veggies, less red meat and more white meat
Personal Information:
I live in the North GA mountains. This is gorgeous country and I love living her. I am married to my childhood sweetheart and we have 4 great kids.
