I'm a 40-something married mom of two boys. I never had trouble with weight until I had my second son. I'm trying to get back to my "feel good" weight.

We live in Colorado, and being outdoors in this area is like my religion. I love being outside in the sun - but I work full-time in an office, and it seems that my lunch hours are either spent running errands (too far to walk). My goal is to run more often than not on my lunch hour, and possibly even commute on my bike (best Craig's List find EVER).

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 25-30 pounds.

I'm simplifying my life - shedding unneeded weight, as well as clutter and financial things. I'm all about keeping it simple.

My Program:
Running, bike riding. Hopefully both with the kids. Stop eating so much at night after work. Hiking when I don't drive on Jeep runs.

Personal Information:
I've never had to struggle with my weight prior to my second son. It's daunting and overwhelming and a bummer. It took me a long time to actually SEE what's going on in the mirror.

I think I jacked my system up when my husband was in Japan ('99-'00) and I couldn't eat (made me nauseous) and all I consumed was Dr. Pepper. I got down to 119. He came home, everything was better and I got back up to my normal of 130 or so. Then I got pregnant with my second son...and it's been downhill (or, upscale) from there.
