I'm changing my life for myself and my family!
I started my journey way back in 2008 at 420 lbs. I lost 42 lbs, got pregnant, had a baby boy, and started where I left off on 9/15/10. Since then I have lost another 148 lbs, with about 60 lbs left to go. God has given me so much strength through all of this! I am SO blessed and could not thank Him enough for his mercy, grace, and love!

My Goals:
Mini Goal: 220 lbs by 9/19/12
Mini Goal: 200 lbs by 1/1/13
Final Goal: 170 lbs by 9/19/13
I'm sure I will go further once I get there, but that is the lowest I can ever remember weighing with an adult body, so that is what I am shooting for.
My Program:
For now I plan on eating low calorie/fat foods and monitoring my portion sizes. I have started running and I love it! I usually try to run 3 days a week and walk or dance 2 days a week. It doesn't always happen, but I try! :)
Personal Information:
I'm a 28 year old mom and wife. I enjoy spending time with my family and playing video games, when I get the time. Time? What is that? LOL!
