Don't know if I Can Do it, But I'm Willing to Try
My knees hurt, I'm always tired and I'm tired of making excuses. I'm a thirty year old female and sometimes I feel as if I was sixty or seventy. It's not suppose to be that way. I feel like life is passing me by and all I can do is wave. It's time I take control of my life and eating/exercise habits. No more excuses!

Eat at least three fruits and/or vegetables a day.
Stay away from fried foods.
