This is an excited group of folks and really active team so you should be able to find all sorts of inspiration and motivation. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. There's always someone willing to help in any way possible. Don't forget to use the food/water tracker that spark people provides as well as the fitness tracker. These are excellent resources that will help keep you on the path you've chosen. Come on... let's get healthy TOGETHER!!! Together WE can do anything!     Thank you so much for your support and great information. Its good to feel like you are not alone. I just gave my son a HUGE hug and told him no matter what I love him. He said to me "now are hearts are together". I thought that was so sweet! He is only 4! Again thank you for everything. I am going to add you as a friend :)

    Hey, thanks for the input on my blog. Not only do we have water aerobics in common, I too have esophagitis and fibromyalgia. Not nice things to have but it is nice to know that we aren't alone with our health issues. emoticon
