    Lisa, you work really hard and you know how GOOD it feels to do it so hang in there girl. I'm a crappy example as far as sticking at the same weight FOREVER... but I know I need to bust my butt just to stay here. It's so easy to lose the Loosing momentum, Pretend today is Day 1 of Spark and PUUUUSSSHHHH. The further from my prebaby weight i was, the easier to lose, but now.... weird. But if all this keeps me from gaining, thats great. When I have an "UP" week, then I will punish myself for the next week and eliminate/moderate more strictly and bang out more workouts. then I lose and slack off myself...Wham. My YO YO. Maybe if you are able to define your triggers, you will be more able to slam it in the butt and feel more in control of losing. Just a wild thought (no experience in psych...LOL)
