I am changing my page every month. Feb goals is to continue exercising 6 days a week. The 3 rd week of feb I will start to weight train and jump rope. This month I am going to focus on not eating after 8pm and cooking healthy receipes. When I eat out it will be healthy foods.

Here is my rewards for losing 4 pound a month.

My Program:
Increase my exerising five minutes a week starting at 30mins.
Drink 8 glasses of water.
Log on Sparkspeople everyday.
Eat in moderation
Read my goals everyday
Eat 2 fruits and 2 vegatables a day.

Personal Information:
I am a Jehovah Witness. I live in Stone Mountain, ga. I have been married for 2 years. I have my only daugter of 5 months. I love to motivate and encourage others.

Other Information:
Before I started sp. I started to change my way of thinking about food. I believe there is no bad foods. It is your misuse of the food that is wrong. Use it properly and it will work for you instead of against you. No matter what I do now. I don't put myself down. I change my action plan. It is what i do that needs to change. I believe that change is a gradual process. Like everything that's worth it. It take time. I learn that through having my baby. It took 9 months of pain and suffering. It was gradual. But it was worth it in the end.
