I am a single mom of 2 beautiful & wonderful boys, ages 12& 10. I ever struggled with my weight, I just lived with it and accepted it. I was overweight since since fifth grade. In the fall of 2001, I decided I can no longer live this way. I have been on a weight loss journey ever since and overall I have kept off over 120bs! In 2012, I plan to lose the 35 lbs that I have yo-yo'd with the past 3 years! I'm running in the my 3rd Half Marathon on Feb. 26th (Disney Princess) and hope ths will be the right start to get me back on track. I love to learn from others and read your stories of inspiration & accomplishments on weight loss sucess and fitness triumphs!!

I am from NJ and lived here all my life. I love spending as much time as I can at the Jersey shore. I enjoy watching the Phillies. I love watching my boys play sports as well. My favorite forms of exercise is road biking, spin class and running~ well sort of running :) I also just discovered HOT YOGA~

    Hi Just wanted to say Hi,, Sorry dont get to do much on Sparks lately,, so busy. I am training for HIM I have 21/2 weeks untill the event, I feel so not ready ,, but will give it my all . Trying to stick with clean eating and all as well,, its tough . I just bought Tosca's new book " Clean eating Stripped" want to give it a try,, gonna be even harder to give up all suger,, ugh !! But got to do something. have a great day,, and keep Pushin on ! emoticon

    Thanks for the goodie! I don't always know were to check on here. Kinda embarassing! But yes! I would like to meet for spin. I need to be accountable too! I am going out of town for a few days but would love to try to meet at least one morning a week! Thanks for saying that I am looking trim! I am feeling better about myself but you have helped so much!

    Thank you for the goodie! This morning I remembered there was a 5K in Medford this weekend, but I don't think my body would be happy with me if I did it...my legs are still sore from Saturday :) If the sports schedule allows, I may do the one in the fall for the food pantry. In the meantime I think I am going to give Insanity a try!
