Hi! I am Beth and I don't always make great food choices. In fact, I think I've slowed down my metabolism by not exercising or eating enough. It really is frustrated to gain weight when you don't eat much. I have 2 boys and 2 step-daughters and I am married to the love of my life.

Life is always fun at our house and it is rarely quiet. My husband is a chef- so he definately makes it challenging to stay within my calorie range. Recently, he decided that he wanted to lose weight and get in shape. Yay!! I work way too much but I do love my job working in an elementary school.

Fitness Minutes: 2,422

My Goals:
*Work less- and be home more. I need some new hobbies because work has been too consuming and I don't like living that way.
*I'd like to maintain being my current weight (between 115 - 117 lbs).
*I plan to continue running 3 to 4 days a week.
*I need to improve my upper body strength (and get rid of the jiggle on the upper arms).

My Program:
I am eating more protein now. Also, I eat a lot of fruits and veggies. I've learned to eat what I really want - but in moderation.

Also, I have to think about food - and that means logging in what I eat. When I don't, I gain weight.

Personal Information:
I'm from Georgia and I've lived here most of my life. I love the small town life for raising my kids.

Other Information:
*I work in education. My favorite students are usually the more difficult ones.
*The food I crave most is sushi - especially Yellowfin Tuna - and I love the wasabi!
*Wasabi is my nickname with some of my friends.
*I love to read. I can't go to sleep at night without reading something.
