    Emotional eating is all about the voices in your head. You have to take the time to positively talk to yourself and point out the good things that you have done. Many people have an addiction to food. I struggle with food addiction daily because it was my go to drug to cope with the stresses of life.

    Try to find other things that will help you battle the stresses of life. Maybe take a new class, try a new craft, start a new online game and don't allow food at the computer table, volunteer, walk, walk your neighbors dog.
