My Goals:
l. To put God first in my life.
2. To live a healthy lifestyle.
3. To lose 14 pounds.


My Program:
 I am changing my eating habits. I tend to eat a lot of junk food (sugar and chips). This has caused problems with my health and I need to eat healthier.

Hi, My name is Barbara. I live in MS with my husband and two poms. You can see them in my photos. I have one daughter who is grown and married. I am 60 years of age and have two wonderful granddaughters. I am retired and keep my grandchildren during the day (best job ever).
