Introduction Text I am a single mom of four sons. I am enjoying my time resetting my life. I am a mother, artist, weight lifter, jogger and photographer.

My goal is to get stronger as I age. I love heavy weight lifting, hiking and swimming. I want to live my life to the fullest, try new things and increase my social circle. I want to be better everyday so I can be there for my sons.

Heavy weight lifting, stretching, swimming, walking, and yoga. I do what I call the "One and Done" program when it comes to eating....meaning one sandwich, one bowl or one salad only per meal. I'm a Type 2 Diabetic and I control it with diet and exercise. I eat very little carbs and my meals are mainly protein and vegetables. I lift heavy weights 4 to 5 days a week depending on how the workout lands on the week. I do take rest days for recovery. I do a thorough, full body stretching program after each workout. I take good care of myself: mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Nothing like living on the beach! You are never too old to set new goals! Thanks to Covid-19 I am back to doing the P90X DVD because the gym, pools and beaches are closed. Also, started the Couch to 5K program.
