    I too saw you post on the wall; easy does it. You have an advantage just starting. Practice in both directions from the get go and you won't have a weak side. It's important in the long run to keep your muscles in balance. I remember the frustration of trying to rotate my midsection! It's not that at all. It's my hips and thighs that get the workout. More bump bump than rotating. I have the foot on the side I'm rotating slightly forward and it's a rocking motion. If you are old enough to ever have used a treadle sewing machine; it reminds me of that! Hang in there, I counted rotations a long time before I could count minutes! Have fun!
