    Looking to stay focused through the upcoming Holiday Season? Want to get connected with a Team to support you through your Journey to a Healthier Lifestyle? If yes, then consider joining the Biggest Loser Challenge that starts in early December. Each week 10 teams of 24 Active members do fun nutritional and fitness challenges. The challenges promote a healthy lifestyle. If for some reason you cannot do a challenge, it can be modified to meet your needs. I hope that you decide this might be for you.     Why not join the X-WEIGHTED CHALLENGE? We're all ages, all fitness levels, all striving to live a healthier life. There is always something to learn from each other. These teams are also a great source of motivation! We can become healthier by working together and making new friends as we go. We compete in weekly nutrition and fitness challenges. It is similar to the Biggest Loser team . It last for 8 weeks. There are 3 teams that compete within the X-Weighted team. We do ATC (All Teams Challenge) various challenges (nutrition, fitness etc.) The main requirement is to post your weight weekly. The ATC challenges and/if individual teams have challenges are optional (however, very beneficial). If you have any questions, please let me know.
