I'm the mother of a 10 year-old high functioning autistic. He is very busy and I am motivated to get healthier to be a good example for him. I am a special ed aide in a middle school and love to scrapbook.

My Goals:
Play wii with my son 20 min daily to exercise and help him be a better sport.

Include more fruits, veggies, and whole grains in my family's diet daily.

Wake up early enough to have me, exercise and meditation, time and check my Spark mail every day
