I'm a mother of 3 boy's, one of which is in the Marine's and the other one soon to be going in. My youngest is fifteen and a sophmore in high school. I'm tired of trying to hide the fat with bigger clothes , and there are alot of other thing's out there that i want to buy but just can't due to my fatness. As i get older (43) it's harder to lose, so i need much support in my endeavor. O nly on my second week and goin well so far.

My Goals:
My goal is to stay within my calories per day and exersie three times a week to start, also to log all of my food eaten for the day on a daily basis for the first month and not to weigh my self every day as to not get discouraged.

My Program:
my program starts by eating three meals a day with about 600 calories each. And drinking at least 96 ounces of water daily.And walking on the treadmill three times a week for 30 minutes a day. Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals.

Personal Information:
I'am from Portage Indiana. And a grandmother of one Xander (2) years old. I work full time in the medical field, I do kidney dialysis for patient's who have kidney problems. I've been doing this for about 8 years now. And i absolutely love my career.

Other Information:
My newest thing right now is to start thinking about me now, that my boy's are almost gone.One more son left to get going with life and then i can continue on my path to healthyness.Just starting a bit early before he's gone to the military.
