    Hi!! I'm glad you stopped by my page and read my blog! To answer your questions, BLC is the biggest loser challenge team that is on spark. And the book i found is "The GI Diet" by Rick Gallop. There were quite a few on low GI diet but this one looked like it was the easiest to understand right now since im new at it..its also the most restrictive as its a diet approach but I like that. As for the marathon, I never thought id be training to run one! Up to about a year ago I could barely do a mile! Good luck with ALL of your goals and I'm here if you need support!!!
