Just a jersey Gal !!


Hello to all, my name is Pat, I live in central jersey and I am a nurse. Weight has always been an issue with me, but now since quitting smoking the pounds are chasing me,,,lol
I am hoping this site will give me some badly needed structure and guidance.

Fitness Minutes: 30

My Goals:
My current short term goal is to just get rid of the extra weight that is making me feel so sluggish...I have always been heavy...but it reached a point where I can't just LIVE WITH IT !!!

My Program:
 I am keeping it simple this time around.....complicated stuff makes my brain hurt....its quite simple really.....eat less and exercise more.....


Personal Information:
Well ..I live in NJ...I am recently widowed.....my life is still a house of cards.
I lost my husband to lung cancer and while caring for him I lost 40 lbs....sort of a bittersweet side bar.
After he passed I had hopes of keeping the weight off and taking off some additional poundage...but instead I lowered myself into a hole filled with grief and ate...have regained 30 lbs and its seriously time to re-group.
I am a nurse..and will soon be returning to the work force....
