I've been 'trying' to lose weight for years now, and have failed at attempts thru paid programs such as 'Thin & Healthy' and 'South Beach (on-line). Close to 10 years ago I was at 140 and told I looked HOT! - I was very proud of my 29" waist. I am tired of being fat & not able to wear cute clothes anymore! I try to avoid mirrors at all costs. I want the skinny me to re-emerge. I'm hoping for Spark People to be my last (& successful) stop! I'm not getting any younger!

My Goals:
I am tired of being fat and looking fat! I want to look better and be healthier. I want to look good in clothes of a smaller size, and have lower blood pressure without meds -permanently! I also want (to enhance the skinny body) to be toned & firm.

10/15/07 Joined Curves

2/5/08 - have been doing Curves since 10/15/07 and love it! I'm finally noticing changes in/on my body and it's so exciting..and I love watching the scale go down!!!

Personal Information:
My name is Debbi, I live in Southern Lorain County, OH. I have a wonderful boyfriend I have been living with for 8+ years. He was (& still is) attracted to me even though I am heavy (& have gained since we have been together) but he is no lightweight either. I would love to improve my appearance weight-wise to impress him too.
I love to cook, read, shop, make candles, surf the web, hang with friends. I am still learning, but do enjoy going deer-hunting with the old man. I love road trips, Amish markets and Craft shows - both shopping at and participating by selling my candles.

Other Information:
A motto that I picked up on a previous diet program.. ''Nothing tastes as good as thin feels!''

Getting thin & healthy is feeling real good now!!
