    Hey! So I read your post about diets, and changing up your diet and I decided to comment right to your page. :)

    Here is how I see it: diets are bad bad bad...Don't do them. Yes they may give you fast weight loss results but they aren't fun and they deprive you of so much (food and joy). I really think that you need to look up more recipies to spice up your meals. For example you could make: Spinach omelets, crepes, sausages, lean hamburgers, natural hot dogs with whole wheat buns, turkey chili...and the list goes on and on.

    Food should never be boring, and if it is then that just means you need to change things around. Look at some of the Spark recipes, or buy a food book and just cut the butter and sugar servings in 1/2. Have fun, experiment, and log the foods that you absolutely love so that you can go back to them on later dates. And if you don't lose weight sometimes that's normal. To constantly keep losing weight week after week would be extremely abnormal... Keep up the good work and just experiment. Just please! don't diet. That other women will most likely not be able to keep it off or will constantly have to worry about her weight. You don't want that. You should want to love food, and be friends with it. Not enemy's with it :) emoticon
