    Thanks for the friend add, I added you back! Knee arthritis sucks! I just had a terrible flair for a few weeks in both knees, seems to be calming down. Really stinks doing massage with that kind of pain, ugh. Qi gong is the best exercise I've ever done, going to keep doing that for sure! Qi gong seems to add nice flow to my massages, too. Looking forwrd to getting to know you, have a great weekend!
