Just trying to get healthier not necessarily lose a whole lot of weight. Im not ashamed or embarrassed of my 280lbs. Im pretty confident and comfortable with myself. I just don't like the health risks that come along with my weight so that's my goal to get healthy. Plus I would like to be able to ride the best roller coasters this summer at Cedar Point!!!!

My Goals:
My short term goal is 25lbs by March 1, 2017 (cruising in April)

Long term.....around next december...I will be satisfied with getting to 220. I really just want to get healthy. Currently my blood pressure and other levels are good. But I'm 46 and I know the weight is going to eventually cause medical issues.

My Program:
Trying to eat/cook better and exercise more often 3-4 times a week. Unfortunately, I usually work 12 hrs a day (8:30-8:30) my idea day would be to hit the gym at 6am walk a couple miles do a few machines then back home to get ready for work and out the door by 8:00-8:10

Personal Information:
Im from Ohio 46 yrs old married with on child. My mothers side of the gene pool is where i get my weight from. I've always been bigger than my friends during high school it was "in shape" bigger bcuz I was a serious basketball player. I was a size 12-14 but a solid toned, flat stomach etc..College I gained that women weight I remember weight about 200lbs after college. Ever since getting pregnant in 1996 I've consistently gained. I was able to lose about 30lbs in a contest (i won $300) about 3 years ago but I let it all come back plus a few extra.
