Hi y'all, I'm Patrick and I've been a big guy all my life. When I graduated high school, I was 6'2", 350lbs. of man mountain, but I was in excellent shape. I was an athlete in high school until I blew my knee out in my junior year and had to come back with no rehab whatsoever. When I went back to college (five years after HS graduation), I weighed in at 425 but I was still relatively healthy. In college, I rediscovered weight training and solidified my love of martial arts and boxing as a training regimen. Since college, unfortunately, it's been an up & down battle for me. In 2006, I was down to 385lbs before moving to a new area with less options for getting a good workout. Since then, it's been mostly up with very little down. But that's all gonna change. My wife and I split up after 12 yrs of marriage recently because she was having health issues that she was not confronting because I was always there to be "her rock" and help her hide from them. After splitting with her for this reason, I realized that I would be an extreme hypocrite if I didn't take this newfound freedom and do something for myself....So my journey begins today.

My Goals:
To lose weight and be able to do all the things I want to do in life.

To be able to love myself as much as those around me do.

To share my heart with the entire world and help everyone I meet know what love means.

My Program:
Five days a week, I wake up and do 30min of cardio on my stationary bike before work. Three days a week, I also do 30 min of either strength training or an aerobic boxing workout. On the weekends, I try to do active things as much as possible such as hiking.

Personal Information:
I live in Pilot Grove, which is a few miles outside Boonville, MO; if you've never heard of it, don't fret. Our population is only like 750 people. :)
