Introduction Text Battleing with weight most my life feel like I am on the right page now. Started on september 25 2011 at 330lb. Put things in line started eating 3 meals a day plus 3 snacks a day. Taking it one day at a time a way to go but on the right path. fallowing Canada food giude using many post and info on spark people as inspiration and motivation. Being a father of 3 a full time working cook eating right has its challanges. However with the support of a dietation, my doctor, my family and looking for suport on here from people winning and tring to win the battle of weight.

My end goals to buy pair of pants at america eagle and other{mall stores} Have more engry get to a weight of 200lbs run a marathon with my daughter

Thus far eating every 2-3 hours a balanced diet. Fallowing the canada food guide. Excerising daily walking, excerising every morning, gym at work 3 days a week
