Hello my name is "Bobbi" and I am here to keep myself on track.

I am 62 years young and I am also married of 24 years to my,
hubby "Ronnie" he is my care taker when I am not able to do,
what I need to do and I do try and walk w/o my walker except,
for when I have to go up town and then my walker goes with,
me because it Helps me to walk without falling....the reason,
I fall is because both my knees are bone-bone. (Ugh)
I could be walking across the room and I can go down,
and fall and then I cannot get up by myself need Help.

I am doing ok considering my options...and that is to keep on,
track and keep myself motivated and do what needs to be done.

I am on Sparkspeople because this is my other family who,
keeps me accountable for my actions and I have done very,
well for myself so far and will continue my Journey to a better,
and healthier me.

SW: 380 lbs.
CW: 340 lbs.
GW: 300 lbs.

My Goals:
1st goal-is to be @ 300 lbs. by end of the year of 2018.
2nd goal-is to get to 200 lbs. whenever I can soon I hope.
3rd goal-is to get healthy.
4th goal-is to get off of my diabetic meds and the pokes in finger ugh.


My Program:
Eat Healthy.
Drink My Limit of Water.
Do My Portion Control.
Eat My Veggies @ Every Meal.
Eat My Protein @ Every Meal Also.
Do My Exercises 2-3 x A Day.
