I am 50 something and live in Phoenix, Arizona. I retired in August of 2017 and after "doing my own thing" for a while, decided it was time to take off the weight....again.

I am fairly physically active. My sister and I walk half marathons, usually 3-4 per year. This keeps me walking regularly, no matter how out of control my eating is.

My Goals:
I'm working on a healthy BMI.

My Program:
 My daily goals are:
1) Exercise at least 10 minutes per day
2) Eat 5 fruits/vegetables per day
3) Read something educational or inspiring every day
4) Brush my teeth every day (when you are retired and don't "get ready" everyday, this can be the most challenging of the goals).
