I'm a 40 year old working mom (teacher) with 3 children. A stressful job, hectic schedule and just not taking time for me have all contributed to weight gain. I'm determined to use the resources on this web site to help me make a lifestyle change to help me meet my goals.

Fitness Minutes: 10,909

My Goals:
Exercise more.
Lose 40 pounds.
Stay motivated.
Stop the late night eating.
Do some type of exercise every day.

My Program:
 Spark diet and excercise.
I feel held more accountable just by logging my food and exercise. I know I'm not fooling anyone but myself and if I want this to work, I have to do this everyday.


Personal Information:
I live in Wisconsin with my husband and three children. I teach in a K-5 building.

Other Information:
 I love to read.
