June 2018 goals:
1) have a great time in DC with the grands
2) have a great time at the wedding

May 2018 goals:
1) Exercise/work outside every day (mostly)
2) Stay in nutrition guidelines (mostly)
3) Finish the donation quilts (all of them) (not a one done)

April 2018 goals:
1) finish the donation quilts (nope, made more)
2) exercise daily, even when traveling (done)
3) stay in nutrition guidelines (most days)

March 2018 goals:
1) my UFO #3 is quilt the bowtie top (nope)
2) quilt the leukemia and air balloon tops (yes, and almost)
3) organize downstairs closets (yup)
4) increase strength training (about the same)
5) finish sorting scraps (finished, but created more)

February goals:
1) Finish the signature block quilt (nope)
2) Increase fiber intake (done)
3) Gotta strength train, just gotta (improved)
4) Sort contents of closets in guest bedrooms (done)
5) Help Civitan gather items for their yard sale (done)

January goals/resolutions are:
1) Quilt the purple strip twist top
2) Reduce carbs by limiting bread to no more than one meal daily
3) Strength train twice a week
4) Sort clothes in my closet and dresser
5) Help SAFE collect plastic bottle caps for kids art projects


2018 goals/resolutions are:
1) Finish a project every month for my Etsy shop
2) Lose weight my concentrating eating better, not gonna set a pound goal
3) Get stronger by increasing my exercise and strength training
4) Continue to declutter and organize my house
5) Increase my service to my community

My Goals:
2018 goals/resolutions are:
1) Finish a project every month for my Etsy shop
2) Lose weight my concentrating eating better, not gonna set a pound goal
3) Get stronger by increasing my exercise and strength training
4) Continue to declutter and organize my house
5) Increase my service to my community


My Program:
I love to ride my bike, and try to get 50 miles a week. That isn't always possible, so we have a trainer for winter and bad weather. I have also had to adjust my diet for a fatty liver condition. For 2017 I want to improve my lipids, blood pressure, and A1C. To do that I will limit processed and prepared foods, concentrating instead on preparing my own meals from scratch with natural products.
