    Beverly, Thanks for sharing. I just started to thinking about my omentum too. You're doing very well - remember that Slow and Steady Wins the Race. When you lose weight slowly your skin gets a chance to shrink and you don't end up needing a tummy tuck or other surgery!

    I've been sick for almost 2 weeks. I had an inner ear infection or something. I was unable to stay out of bed and could not go work out. After all the good workouts I did the week of March 5, to be sick and unable to go workout put a kink in my schedule. I also ate bad. I guess I did that b/c I was trying to make myself feel better. It didn't help. I should have kept my mouth shut & drank water & stayed in bed. Oh well, what's done is done. I still don't feel good today but at least I did the treadmill for 30 min & lifted weights for over 30 min. I usually lift more but I totally ran out of energy.

    Tougher due to being older or not... I've just begun a new challenge; hoping to lose 10 more pounds by the end of Tax Due day. Wish me luck!

    Aiming at 2 pounds per week hasn't worked for me, but slow and steady... I can handle. (Most days. LOL)
