    I have added you to my friends list. If you ever want or need to talk I am here for you.
    Starting off just make some small changes don't overwhelm your self. If you take it slow you won't quit. Each time you get a change down pat add another. You will start to see the weight come off and this will get you supper excited and you will just keep adding things to change and you will start feeling better you'll want to do more. I have been doing this since Sept. and I have lost 22 pounds. It was fairly easy too.
    Small changes and focus on eating healthier.

I have found that small changes over time are the easiest commitment to keep! As the changes became habits I added more changes! The habits add up and before you know it you have more energy and stamina. Your health improves and add bonus you lose weight! I've added you as a friend also.
