Fitness Minutes: 1,125

My Goals:
my goals for now is to get back on track.. stick to my by-pass eating schedule...
get my body stronger so I can not rely on my walker and be able to do some exercises

My Program:
 I have not had a chance to tweak my food plan its still hard for me to sit at the computer for long periods of time.. I have been looking for chair videos to start firming up


Personal Information:
recently retired.. after being with 7eleven for 15yrs adjusting to being home I live in north carolina between the outer banks and Virginia beach area.. I live with boyfriend for last 15yrs..neither of us had children but we have a goofy quaker parrot

Other Information:
 we love to watch action movies or crime/mystery and some comedy. I like to play games on ipad and do work search for relaxation

    Hi, Betsy. I think the Humana plans provide for Silver Sneakers and maybe some others. I don't have Humana, but our Y (where SS is offered in our area) offers a monthly plan where I can get everything that is available at the Y for a fee, of course. Because I have to pay for it, I make sure I get there!! LOL
