I think I've updated this introduction a couple of times, every time I think I am going to start and get to a goal. My new goal is to be 125lbs. I KNOW this time I will reach this goal because this time I have help. I had gastric bypass surgery on Dec 10 2009. My surgery weight was 262 and currently, being 3 weeks out I have lost 27 lbs and am sitting at 235. I WILL get there this time, I WILL not fail. I can do this and I am doing this for ME. I have always been the skinny girl at heart, now she's ready to come out!

It's TIME... It's MY time. This is my year! Happy 2010 everyone!

My Goals:
To lose 110lbs to get to a "normal" BMI at 125lbs. I know this goal will take some time but I'm ready and each day is a step towards that goal! YAY ME!!!

My Program:
Well, I always said I didn't want to achieve my weight loss through surgery. However, I made the commitment to myself to get the surgery and use it as a tool to help me get to where I KNOW I can be...

So, my program is:
Exercise at least 5 times a week. Walking at first, water aerobics (When I hit 6 weeks after surgery) and slowly adding weights.

My eating is:
NMT 4 TBS at a time
6 Small meals a day
60-90g of Protein
AT LEAST 64oz Water

Personal Information:
Army wife, Mother of 2 amazing boys and 2 awesome dogs. Stay at home so far, hoping to get back to school in the Fall of 2010 to finish my degree in Criminal Justice. Love my family and my New Years resolution is to be a better wife and STAY POSITIVE!

    Yesterday is past. You can not do anything to change what was or was not done. The future can only be dreamt about. You can only change today. What are you willing to do today to reach your goals of tomorrow?

    Think about what your goals are. Are you getting there? Are you doing everything you can to get there? If not, why not. There are only as many hours in the day as we make use of. If we waste them, they are gone forever. Just something to think about.
