So I gave birth to my beautiful baby #4 on November 13th. Ive had my ups and downs as far as weight goes.... more ups than downs, unfortunately! LOL But here I am starting a new chapter in my life and in my weight loss. My goal is to lose 100 lbs in 2011, and I don't doubt I will do it!!!

Alright, so I "became" unexpectedly pregnant in March. At first this totally threw me for a loop, but eventually I got back on my feet and have been keeping up my workouts and keeping my eating healthy. I want to enjoy these 9 months of my last ever pregnancy and have a healthy happy baby, as well.

Hey everyone! My name is Jenny, I'm a happily married mother of three beautiful children. I like to take pride in my self, my home and my family. Taking care of myself has kinda fallen by the wayside.
I joined Spark in Dec. of 2006, but I had Dial-up, so everything was incredibly slooow. I messed around on here for a couple of weeks, but never set up a profile, or anything. Then I never came back, until October of 2008. So here I am!
I guess Im what you call a yo yo - well, I never really dieted until here recently ( It hasnt worked well for me either) but I have lost and regained a few times. Usually it was with a lot of excercise, and there was always some reason that I gained back. It didnt just happen. 3 times I gained weight because I was pregnant ( Right now is one of those times. My baby just turned 7 months today (oct.1) Twice cuz I quit smoking. ( Right now also, and I am determined to not start again) So my plan right now is to excecise my butt off. Well here I go!!!

My new goal is to gain around 10 lbs or less during my pregnancy. I started out at 228, and I am already up several pounds, but my plan is to get my eating under control, keep up my exercise, and keep on. I can lose those pounds back down, and that is what I am going to do.

My Goals:
Progress not perfection- End my emotional eating/bingeing
Weight goal- get below 200 before November 1, 2012
Exercise- Keep up my workouts to get stronger and leaner. I want to be active forever

My Program:
Exercise- 30 minutes activity everyday, 80 minutes 5 times/week. Chalene Extreme 3 days/week. I mix in a bunch of of workouts including turbo Jam, turbo Fire and insanity, along with glider or elliptical
Eating-right now Im focusing on calories- trying to stay in my range and make healthy choices

Personal Information:
I am 5' 7. My ultimate goal weight is 157. That may change with time, but right now, that is the number in my head. I want to end my food addiction, and emotional eating.

Other Information:
Im a stay at home mom with an amazing husband and 4 awesome rambunctious kids- 1 girl and 3 boys. I love my hubs, my kids and God- Im always working on being better at everything although I have yet to be perfect at anything, Gah! lol

    Hi Bestlife79, Thanks for your comment to my "Im in the 130s!" blog. To answer your question, yes, I did eventually complete all the 42 days on the Beck Diet Solution....not at first, though. My first commitment was to do the first 14 days. And then I tried to keep doing though tasks while reading through the rest of the book. Later, I started again and went through all the days, not necessarily in consecutive days. I have the "aNote" app on my IPod and I created a "Beck Diet Technique" folder and I summed up each day's task on helped me to write it down and to refer to it. I used the same app to write down sabotaging thoughts and helpful responses. I'm happy to answer any questions you have about my experiences. Good luck to you.
