I am a wife, a mother and a Hairstylist. I recently set some simple goals to get my life back on track to a healthy lifestyle!! I met my husband 19 years ago at the health club since then we both have gotten in a rut! Mine ends here!! :)

I still have a goal of 28 pounds to lose. I am running another half marathon in April. I will be training different this year.~ I want to add a lot more weights, and bikeing to my routine, working out 5 days a week. Keep it simple.

Trackinng my food, eating smaller portions, making better choices. Run/walk everyday, weights/strength 3 days a week. I ran my first 5k in May 2010 in 36 mins. I ran a half Marathon in March 2011.

I am from Chicago Il. , I moved to the Houston, Texas area 3 1/2 years ago, and love it!! I keep busy with doing boy things: fishing, and sports. I am a Hairstylist, and work 4 days a wee in a Salon/spa. Being on my feet all day is much easier when I stay in shape!

I recently started playing Indoor Soccer on an adult women's league. I am really enjoying it!
