Hi everyone! I'm a 22 year old girl from The Netherlands and I'm looking for new ways to improve my lifestyle and to lose weight while doing so. I'm ready to start my own challenge!

Fitness Minutes: 3,794

My Goals:
- I want to loose about 20 kilo's but I'm starting out with 10 as a first goal.
- I want to do exercise for at least 3 times a week
- I want to stop drinking soda or artificially sweetened juices.
- I want to drink buttloads of greentea
- I want to feel better about myself!

My Program:
 Well for now I'm in the 28-day bootcamp workout challenge which has been awesome so far:)!

Also I try to do Cardio every day for at least 30 minutes

And I'm trying to watch my food and calories

    I did make it to the gym then and have been going since...I'm back in my groove! How's the gym going for you?
    No need to be sorry, how did your tests go? I haven't been on here as much because I my computer is being fixed.
    On the weekend, I helped bag groceries. My church gives out food so I always help with that. How was your weekend?
