I have been a member of SparkPeople since August 2010 and finally reached my goal weight last November (2011). I lost a total of 48 lbs. and feel great. But the weight has been coming back on at at a slightly faster rate than I lost it. Lots of disruptions and excuses. Now I am back in the game.

My Goals:
Goal is to be able to find clothes that look good on me again.

New Goals:
Lose 36 lbs. by July 1, 2016

New Years Pants zip up -- new winter shoes

Size 12 - 3 new tops

Rewards
Size 10 - Stitch Fix (measure by jeans)

Size 8 -- $1000 shopping spree at Tejon.\ (measure my jeans)








My Program:
 Tracking what I eat and exercise min of 20 mins per day cardio w/ goal of at least 30 mins. or more (usually more) + strength training or more cardio min of 5X per week.
Only don't drink wine during week. Wine ok on weekends and special occasions.

    Sorry we didn't drop south, but it was just a long weekend trip. Koshkalet is south, I think, and she said it was stormy there when the weather finally cleared up north. Hope you get some warmer weather soon. We were freezing all weekend because it has been so warm on the East Coast that the AC has been on since early March.

I hope you are excited to try some of these and see if they help you break a long standing plateau or lose a pound this week! I love my wine, too, and am interested in your comment of 8 ounces turning into 32 ounces of weight gain! Do you have any links to info on this, or has this been your observation? You must have a very hard time living out there in CA with all of the great wines! I so miss Napa and Sonoma! My son was married in St Helena at V Sattui.
