Quitting smoking sucks. I quit about 6 years ago and started smoking again 3 years ago. It's hard to keep weight off once you stop. I tried to drink more water or eat some carrots dipped in buffalo wing sauce whenever I wanted a cigarette and that seemed to help. 1866 days ago

Good for you for gettin back on track it's so hard to take that first step but it feels so much better when you get back into your routine and working out etc. I have not had luck with quitting. I have cut back though! But I'm struggling BIG time to stop all together. I'm on depression meds and my doctor is also going to have me try Wellbutrin which apparently helps assist people in quitting smoking. I'm starting to get back on track with my exercise and eating so one thing at a time! HAHAHA

Thanks for stopping by! I understand...last week I rocked it and this week I have ate nothing but garbage and haven't had even 1 fitness minute. I know we can do it though! We just have to keep trying...one of these days it will stick! :) Good luck at weigh in tomorrow! 1869 days ago

Colleen here! Thank you for the spark goodie! Yes I am always walking! Will be needing new shoes soon from all the walking I do. I'm just having a hard time finding ones I like. I'm hoping to find some that will last longer then 3 months! 1888 days ago
