Hi! My name is Ginn and I have heard a lot of great things about SparkPeople from friends. I currently am finishing up graduate school and want to become the me that I know that I can be in mind, body & spirit. I struggle with exercising on my own, but I have re-started eating clean, weightlifting, and boxing/kickboxing.

My Goals:
Goal 1: Make it to the gym once a day before work and Sat. morning.

Goal 2: Make food for my husband and myself...less eating out. doh!

Goal 3: Use my juicer/get back into healthy eating

Goal 4: Complete an entire boxing/kickboxing workout at the gym. Including pull-ups, leap frog, and wheel barrel to pushups.

Goal 5: Buy new clothes that rock.

Goal 6: Travel overseas to do health education/health communication

My Program:
Cardio: 6 days/week for 30 minutes

Weight Training: 5 days a week

Boxing: Working up to it to avoid injury

Jump Rope: As much as I can each workout day.

Push Ups: To failure

Personal Information:
I live in Oregon with my husband and our two cats. I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and am thankful to know what's going on with my body so that I can be proactive about it.

I am thankful to God for all of the good times and challenges I have had in my life. I know that God has a plan for me, and that he is refining me to be the woman he wants me to be.

I am a graduate student, but hopefully not for much longer!!
