    It's good to know that I'm not the only one dealing with this frustration. Well, you know what I mean, I wish you and I both were just losing the weight or at least seeing a change somewhere. Many people tell you to do this and do that and not to give up, because eventually you'll find something that will work. But after a month or two of trying and trying... it's frustating. The only thing I have not tried is cutting down my carb intake. I find it diffcult to limit myself there. But I have lost weight without having to worry about that. It's an idea, but not one I'm sure I could do. Right now, I'm trying to incorportate more polymetrics, such as jumping squats and lunges, because they get my heart rate up quick. Have you tried HIIT? You can burn more calories w/ a treadmill and bike if you do high intesity invertals, which is running as fast or pedeling as fast as you can for 30 seconds and then walking for about 60 seconds or less and repeating that as many times as you can. Doing HIIT (high intensity inverals) with biking or the treadmill (actually you can put this into anything you do) burns more calories by elevating your metabolism so you lose fat faster. I try to do this at least twice weekly on the treadmill. I don't have to spend an hour doing this either. I do 30 min's tops. From what I believe it's not about the time when it comes to cardio, but the effort you're putting into each workout. If you're working out harder, you can quit eariler. For others, this has worked really well. I've been working out harder this week that I have in a while now that it's getting warmer and I can take workouts outside. Just keeping my fingers crossed as always. The season has changed, so I'm hoping well see changes on the scale/measurements as well. Don't give up!
