I am trying to change my eating and exercise habits to improve my physique and my health. I want to feel better and have more energy, and if I look better in my clothes, I won't complain about that either!

My Goals:
My original goals were to lose the excess pounds that made me feel like I was "squishing" into my clothes. More importantly, I wanted to be healthier, have more energy, and increase my longevity. I want to do the latter, always, and now I also need to focus on toning and working out more.

Goal Rewards:
155 - wireless desktop combo & stylus pad -- met!
145 - new lcd monitor -- met! (got new motherboard instead)
135 - bra shopping!
130 - MacBook Pro
(Saving -- and losing :) -- furiously!)

My Program:
I have forever been a water loather. I have learned to like it and appreciate how "clean" it helps me feel. I am shooting for 9 or more glasses a day and not drinking regular soda. Additionally, I am trying to keep my calorie intake between 1260-1620 and exercise at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes a day. Usually I do more, but that's the least I want to do.

Personal Information:
I am from Murfreesboro, TN. I have been married for seven years on June 21st. My husband has recently lost a lot of weight, too. It's cool that we're getting back to our "dating" weights. We are in a pop band together, perform & record original songs. I play keys and sing some lead and mostly background vocals. I am enjoying wearing sexy outfits onstage. :)

Other Information:
I am an English teacher by birth -- currently working as a receptionist due to my musician status, but I am looking for a teaching job. Wish me luck!
