I am a 39 year old, single mom of three beautiful kiddos who are growing up way too fast. I love, love, love, to ride my motorcycle. I'm here because I am fat and miserable and I really need support and motivation. I love the way Spark People works. I may not be so great with the computer, but I am learning along the way. I feel stronger and more motivated than I ever have. I am determined to lose this fat, overwhelming, horrible baggage that I've slowly let take over almost every aspect of my life. I am making progress. Although it is slow going, it is still progress and I am better off today than I was yesterday!

I need friends and support and I'd love to be a friend so please don't be shy!

Fitness Minutes: 1,026

My Goals:
My goal weight is to lose 118 pounds.
My fitness goal is to be able to exercise for 45 minutes at least 3 times a week.
One of my other goals is to learn how to love myself unconditionally for once in my life.

My Program:
I try to write down most of what I eat but I have a hard time. I'm eating half of what I used too. I'm eating actual real food that doesn't always come out of a package (most of the time.) I'm exercising 10-20 minutes and trying to work my way up to a whole 45 minutes without stopping.I
made a vision notebook that I've found really motivating.
