It's been awhile since I've been on this site, but I'm motivated to return with full force! I need a change as I've been stuck in the same mode for too long. My Goals:
To be strong in body, mind and spirit. Put my basic needs ahead of any other. Avoid addictive behavior that is unhealthy. God and family are what give me strength to be good to myself.
My Program:
I try to run/walking my dog daily for 1/4-3/4 of a mile. Water class, EFX machine, lifting weights at a local gym are usual activities. Working on eating better as a habit, eating more water-filled foods and low fat diet.
Personal Information:
I'm a South Dakota girl, for about half my life. Married for 25 years, hubbie and I have two smart and beautiful girls. My mother & Stepdad are in area (wed 1-6-07). We have relatives in MN, CA, CO, IL, FL, AK and MA.
Other Information:
I work PRN as a Chaplain. at local hospital. I would love to pray for you and any struggles.
