New Way of Thinking
I've been trying to change how I think about my health. I know I want to be skinny, but I need to accept that no matter how thin I am, I will always have the same shape. The wide hips.... I need to find a way to be ok with this and just be in a body I love. Or love the body I'm in, would probably be a better way to word that.
So that's my new focus. Wish me luck. ^_^

My Goals:
1. Workout for an hour every day.
2. Drink only water while at school.
3. Bring lunch and 2 sensible snacks to school.
4. Protein shake for breakfast Mon-Fri (both to make sure I get my protein and to cut back on the getting ready time).
My Program:
Exercise, lots of water, getting out of the house more often, sleep, daily reiki
