This is the third time back on this site for me. Couldn't remember old password or username so I'm starting all over again which is good because with my weight loss I'm starting over as well. I gave birth to my third child just three weeks ago and was unable to exercise during the pregnancy so I'm really looking forward to getting started on that as soon as my doctor gives me the okay. Crossing my fingers for next week. I'm using the biggest loser program to help me with my weight loss goals. It's worked for me in the past so I'm going for it again.

My Goals:
I'm working step-by-step to lose the weight I've gained while carrying all three of my children. I'm very close to losing my weight from my latest pregnancy. Only seventeen pounds to go. Then I'll work to get off the 42lbs I retained from my second pregnancy. That'll bring me down to 200. The next mini goal will be to lose the remaining twenty pounds from my first pregnancy. Next I'll work to get off the fifteen pounds I gained after I got married. That'll bring me down to 165lbs. I'd like to work towards maintaining that weight for awhile, see how I feel and if I still feel like I should lose some more I'll try for another twenty. My fitness goal is to be able to run 5km by April 2014

My Program:
I'm following the biggest loser diet and fitness program. I've found it the easiest program to follow. Right now I'm focusing on including more veggies in my diet and reducing my sugar intake. Next I'll follow the twelve week beginner program for exercise.

Personal Information:
I'm a Canadian mother of three. I've been married for nearly twelve years. I have three children. My son is ten, my daughters are four and three weeks.
I love to write, dance, walk and listen to music.
