Thanks for the comment on my lumpy blog. I do know that I am much more aware of it than other people are, but given that I can totally tell if someone I know has gained or lost weight, I am sure that people can tell I am lumpy. emoticon I'd rather be lumpy and smaller though, so I'll just keep plugging on.

“The difference between stepping stones and stumbling blocks is not in the event itself but how you think about it and what you do after it.
Every failure and setback can become part of your success or an excuse for quitting or failing.
People who develop the discipline of positivity are both happier and more successful."

Just dropping by to say hello, Sparkfriend! Remember, you don't have to be perfect on this journey in order to make progress! As long as you keep trying...and never quit...you are already a success! Keep doing your best, because you are worth the effort!
    Hugs,
    Pixie

"Part of abandoning the all-or-nothing mentality is allowing yourself room for setbacks.
We are bound to have lapses on the road to health and wellness, but it is critical that we learn how to handle small failures positively so that we can minimize their long-term destructive effects.
One setback is one setback—it is not the end of the world, nor is it the end of your journey toward a better you.”

I'm responding to your question about voting for SP in the Intuit contest. I think... but am not sure... that we go to this link
    https://www.smallbusinessbiggame.com/
Then enter sparkpeople.com in the search box to the far right in the banner
Then click on "Read more" when the SparkPeople blurb comes up.
Then you'll come to that "Thanks for voting" message that comes up on Cheryl Ann's link. That's the closest I could find to a vote button.

It IS confusing but worth trying to get right. Good luck and spread the word.
