Hi! The doctor responsible for the exercise class is in Family Practice, a DO, and a Bariatric doctor. He thinks lifestyle changes are as important, if not more so, than medication.

No problem! I hope you break through! All is great with me, what about you? Besides the plateau, of course.

Thanks for reading and commenting on my blog today. I am off to read yours on plateaus. That was yesterday's topic in the Beck Diet Solution a book and a Spark team that has really been fun. Nice to meet you here.

Howdy! How have things been with you?! I'm about to start an exercise class taught by my doctor! Wish me luck! Thanks!

LOL Tips from me will be like listening to your mother. My children are older than you, at least 2 of them (41,44,47) The oldest has just returned to Spark.

First, congratulations on getting smart about the situation without waiting as long as I did.
I bought into the "don't worry about it, you can carry the weight" advice for a very long time. It was "only" 20-25 pounds

It's easy to overlook the difficulty in losing 20 to 25 pounds because society is accustomed to "biggest loser" stories. My advice is to stay connected and stick with Spark program. You're halfway to goal already. The loss may be slow at times. There may even be plateaus. I looked on those as preparation for the ultimate plateau - maintenance - and that's where you want to stay. Beat the dismal statistics of regain. It is very possible.
    Good luck!
