Let's try this again. Back after not being on here for about 6 years. I can tell. I gained all my weight back and then another 15 pounds. So depressing.

I know what to do I just don't do it. I guess I am a food addict.

I have been on here for going on week 4. I just want to get under 300. I only had to lose 6 pounds. OK, this is harder than losing those last 10 pounds. I lost 4 pounds and now up a pound. I'm following my diet and started walking.

I admit last week I did not do well which shows since I gained a pound back. To much stress. Lost my furball after 17 years, needed to rush my hubby to the respiratory clinic and then need to take my son in to urgent care on Saturday for something in his eye.

This week I am bound and determined to lose those two pounds and get to 300. I already went walking yesterday and plan to do 3 x 3 fit this afternoon.

Wish me luck. I just need to lose 3 pounds to feel like I am accomplishing this weight loss journey that I want to take.

My Goals:
My short term goal is to lose 3 pounds by February 5

My long term goal is to lose 80 pounds and to participate in my exercise classes again.


My Program:
I have been through all the Stages of Spark. I still struggle with food and know that I have to count my calories if I am going to lose this weight. My biggest hang up is dinner in the evening. If I can get this under control and changed I think I can get past my hurdle.

I need to exercise at least 4-5 days per week.



Personal Information:
I live in West Central Minnesota. My favorite time of year is fall. I love to vacation and spend time in the flower and vegtable gardens. My husband and I are looking forward to 35 years of marriage in April.


Other Information:
I love to crochet
I like to read, bike, swim, garden and grow herbs.
