    Thank you for the encouragement on my "Today I will be gentle and patient with myself." blog. My scale hasn't arrived yet. It's supposed to be delivered next Tuesday. I won't weigh until my doctor's visit the end of the month. When the scale does arrive it will be used once a week at close to the same time of day so I can avoid the 'crazies'. I hope you will have a terrific Tuesday.
