I'm embracing change in March. I have experienced a lot of change over the last few years. However, I still cling to many old habits that hold me back. It's time for a change.

10 Ways to Embrace Change*:
1. Don't just do something; sit there.
2. Mother yourself a little.
3. Ignore your inner reptile.
4. Silence your inner know-it-all, too.
5. Seek out new perspectives.
6. Try something new and slightly scary.
7. Be skeptical of common wisdom.
8. Learn to live with uncertainty.
9. Say "really?" a lot.
10. Shed your old skin.

I lost my sweet Ray last Saturday. I just thought to tell you about it.

I didn't join the Dawgs for this challenge as Ray was taking more and most of my time. He was worth it.

I hope to meet up with you in the Kennel in the next Challenge.

    Huggers,

I finally got 'Silver On The Tree' (5th and final book) from the library. I'm feeling really cold after a warm day - think I'll clear the kitchen and head for an early night with my book to read!

Can you remember (you usually can!) where/what that information was about the carb:protein ratio? I have just trawled through months and months of my journal, and I can't find it. It was a book I read, which had simple healthy habits - one of which was to not buy anything that had more than 5:1 (?) carb:protein grams?

Cancel that - I just found a photo of the book in my blog posts - Eat, Move, Sleep! by Tom Rath - thank goodness!
